  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) will typically be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information.
 

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options to ensure your Electric Heater Fan arrives when you need it:

4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £50. This promotion is automatically applied at checkout. Free shipping is only available for UK addresses.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website (www.qyrrvxy.co.uk) and navigating to the “My Orders” section.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address when placing your order.
  • Orders may require a signature upon delivery, depending on the value of the shipment.
 

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

At Qyrrvxy, we work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. However, delays or issues may occasionally occur.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.


9. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Order Changes: If you need to update your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@qyrrvxy.co.uk. Changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our returns process.
